Service Description

We always say, the best and worst part of any business is the people. Like any relationship, we bring with us into the job all of our past baggage and poor communication skills that we have carefully honed throughout our lives. Unfortunately, in a business environment, that can become toxic very quickly. That's where I come in. I will come into your office for either 4, 6, or 8 hours and meet individually with employees who seek my council, or with teams or groups of people who would like a mediator to help them hash out some built up frustrations in a constructive and purposeful manner.
